The projects I worked on
KATHREIN
Managed the restructuring and reorganization plan for Sira S.r.l., a medium-sized company in the Milan area, part of the German multinational KATHREIN. The project ended with the use of the Cassa Integrazione Straordinaria (Extraordinary Redundancy Fund) and the subsequent reduction of part of the workforce.
FRANKE
I was assigned to the Peschiera del Garda office of this Swiss multinational to ensure continuity in the HR function following the departure of the Senior HR Manager and until a new HR Manager was hired.
RENTOKIL INITIAL
At the time, the Italian sister company of this British multinational, based in Milan, did not have a dedicated HR department.
Following the acquisition of CWS, a company operating in the same sector, there was a need to consolidate the HR function while simultaneously managing the integration between the two companies, thereby aligning policies, procedures, and systems.
SISMA SPA
The Italian company, famous for its Samurai toothpicks and Cotoneve discs, had just been acquired by a private equity fund and needed new management to manage the transition from family ownership to the fund.
BERRY GLOBAL
I was called to replace the HR Manager who was on maternity leave at the Bergamo office of this American multinational.
It was essentially a matter of business continuity: they needed a Senior HR person who could be up and running immediately.
ASPIAG SERVICE
Despar brand dealer in the Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna, and Lombardy regions, and part of the international SPAR Austria group. My tenure at the company began with the replacement of the HR Director and then continued with the assignment of internalization activities for the Logistics function, which until then had been managed through outsourcing. This was an effort to integrate the staff acquired through insourcing.
