My professional career began after graduating in law and specializing in labor law.
All began at Confinfustria Brescia as a labor relations officer, before taking on the role of HR Director and HR Temporary Manager assignments in large industrial and service companies, both multinational and otherwise, such as Lucchini, Fidelitas, Tyco, Pentair, Rentokil Initial, Teva, and Spar.
Passionate about human resources and corporate organization, my professional experience has often seen me abroad, involved in business model review projects and collaborating in the definition and implementation of corporate HR policies and procedures, with a focus on reward and compensation systems, talent acquisition, and talent management. I also embrace day-to-day activities, which I enjoy approaching with pragmatism and teamwork.
